Specific deliverables are outlined in a proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to needed accounts/platforms, respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, and use delivered systems in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
4. Intellectual Property
Custom systems built for a client become their property upon full payment. Seamless by AZ retains the right to reuse general frameworks across other clients. Website content and templates remain the intellectual property of Seamless by AZ unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payments
Pricing is agreed upon before work begins. Payment terms (deposit, schedule, accepted methods) are specified at engagement. Late payments may pause ongoing services.
6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ongoing monthly services may be cancelled with notice as specified in your service agreement; fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
7. Third Party
Our services rely on platforms such as GoHighLevel, payment processors, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or interruptions caused by these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, booking volume, or revenue results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes of the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
